Roger East - Managing Director
Building on the experience of his career in current affairs journalism and publishing, Roger founded CIRCA in 1988. A former editor of Keesing's Record of World Events, he has written widely on international politics, environment and sustainable development, including a recent spell as editor of Green Futures magazine.

Catherine Jagger - Commissioning Editor & Database Manager
Catherine's training as a mathematician proved to be excellent preparation for developing and managing our statistical databases. As a key member of the CIRCA team since 1999, and a keen traveller, she has developed a wide knowledge of world affairs and politics and a wealth of experience in bringing editorial projects to fruition. She also plays bridge at international level, the youngest British woman ever to become a Grand Master.

Carolyn Postgate - Subscriptions Manager
Carolyn graduated from Cambridge with a degree in Oriental Studies, and worked in Iraq for many years. She joined CIRCA in 1994 and currently manages our subscription services, as well as contributing her expertise to our editorial projects.

Rosemary Payne - Producer (People in Power)
Rosemary, who leads the People in Power editorial team, is another Cambridge graduate with wide international experience. She has worked in Europe and the USA, spent six years in Turkey, and continues to travel widely. Rosemary first joined CIRCA in 1990.
