Key ministers faced with the challenge of leading Japan’s earthquake response effort will be Prime Minister Naoto KAN, Minister of State for Disaster Management Ryu MATSUMOTO and Minister of Internal Affairs Yoshihiro KATAYAMA. The full list of the Council of Ministers is:
